Your account and trial

The seven-day trial starts when you first connect a verified Google account. Reinstalling the extension does not restart it. After the trial, a paid subscription is required to continue using the service. Your data export, account deletion and subscription management remain available.

Subscriptions

Plans cost US$4.99 monthly or US$44 annually, billed in US dollars. Any applicable taxes are displayed before payment. The trial requires no card and does not convert into a paid subscription automatically. Subscriptions renew according to the terms shown at checkout. Manage payment methods and cancellation through Settings → Manage subscription. Uninstalling does not cancel billing. For billing errors or refund requests, contact support. Nothing here limits mandatory consumer rights.

Use and limitations

Use tracking lawfully and provide any information or obtain any consent required in your context. Do not use the service for harassment, unlawful surveillance or spam. Open indicators are estimates from technical signals, not proof of human reading or recipient identity. Some mail apps prevent reliable detection. Outlook rules marked experimental remain under evaluation. Google or Gmail changes may affect compatibility.
