What the service uses

Google sign-in provides your verified email address and account identifier. We do not request Gmail API access or your Google password. The extension works on Gmail pages in your browser.

When you choose to track a message, the service stores its sender, subject, recipients, send times and tracking events. The extension reads the draft locally to add tracking and recognize sending. Email bodies and attachments are not uploaded to our service.

Tracking and recipients

A small image in a tracked email records download times and limited technical classifications. An optional confirmation link records an explicit confirmation. These signals cannot establish who read an email and can be affected by privacy protection, proxies, forwarding or automatic downloads.

The service temporarily uses keyed network identifiers to distinguish the sender’s own activity. These identifiers are removed after seven days when retention cleanup runs. Raw IP addresses and full browser identifiers are not stored by the ordinary tracking service. Developer diagnostics are restricted to the original owner account and are unavailable to customer accounts.

Processors and payments

Hostinger hosts the website. Cloudflare hosts the tracking service and database. Google handles sign-in. Stripe processes payments on its hosted checkout and billing pages; we do not receive or store your full card details. We do not sell personal information or use email information for advertising.

Retention and your choices

Tracking history remains until you delete your account. You can export message metadata and delete your account from the extension’s settings. Cancel any active subscription before deletion. Deletion removes message history, mailbox addresses and sessions from the active service. Hosting backups may retain deleted information for up to 30 days. Payment records remain with the payment processor where needed for accounting and applicable legal obligations.

A keyed, non-readable identifier of a deleted Google account is retained to prevent repeated free trials. Contact us to ask about access, correction or deletion, including this identifier. Uninstalling the extension does not cancel a subscription or delete server data.
